Paula’s Bio
• AS AN INTEGRAL COACH, trained and certified by New Ventures West, I work with people to help create the internal and external conditions necessary to live their lives on purpose. I specialize in helping people align their life and work with their deepest values.
• AS A FLOWER FARMER, I work with plants in the same integral way I work with people, fully engaging in the whole process of growth, from envisioning a garden in full bloom, to planting the tiniest of seeds, to taking the time to attend to the environment they’re grown in (including the bugs), and finally to celebrating the harvest and planning for the next season.
• AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, I take risks, attend to my fears, and continually hone my problem-solving and organizational skills. I also take responsibility for the outcomes of my actions, and celebrate each step along the way.
• AS AN EVENT PLANNER, I am able to see the bigger vision while attending to the smallest details. With creativity and imagination, I bring the necessary parts together into an effective and successful whole.
